Data: Binance Q2 futures trading volume increased 68% compared to Q1

According to The Block research, cryptocurrency exchange Binance’s futures trading volume in the second quarter of 2020 increased by 68% compared to the first quarter. In dollar terms, the transaction volume in the second quarter was 263 billion US dollars, compared with 157 billion US dollars in the first quarter. On the other hand, the exchange’s spot trading volume declined slightly in the second quarter, down by about 4% from the previous quarter to 146.3 billion US dollars, compared with 152.7 billion US dollars in the first quarter. Chain Wen previously reported that on July 18, Binance completed the quarterly destruction from April to June, burning a total of 3,477,388 BNB, worth about 60.5 million US dollars, a record high.
