Graphene, a collaboration between Golem and Intel, universities and other organizations, releases version 1.1

The distributed computing platform Golem released Graphene (graphene) version 1.1. According to the previous version 1.0, about 10 months later, Graphene is a library operating system (library OS). The working group of this project was initiated and organized by Golem, Intel, University of North Carolina, Texas A&M University, and Invisible Things Labs. Golem said that the combination of Intel SGX and Graphene provides an important feature that allows verifiable calculations on untrusted machines. In addition to Golem, Graphene can also be used for other applications, such as decentralized server implementation, atomic swaps, distributed exchanges, minimal viable Plasma, etc.
