A 17-year-old teenager in Florida was arrested on suspicion of planning a Bitcoin phishing attack on Twitter last month

Attorneys in Hillsboro County, Florida, announced on Friday that they had filed 30 charges against 17-year-old Graham Clark on the grounds that he was suspected of participating in the Twitter attack last month. At the same time, two other 19-year-old British resident Mason Sheppard and 22-year-old Florida resident Nima Fazeli were also charged for their involvement. Local prosecutor Andrew Warren said that the FBI and the US Department of Justice have conducted a complex national investigation and have found and arrested the suspect. Graham Clark was the “planner” behind the Twitter attack last month. At the same time, the main crime of the suspect will be around phishing fraud activities through the use of Bitcoin scams.
