U.S. SEC intends to purchase blockchain forensics tools that can analyze smart contracts

According to Coindesk, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) plans to purchase a blockchain forensics tool that can analyze smart contracts. According to the solicitation document issued by the SEC, the SEC hopes that the tool can identify the purpose of the contract, token types, transaction restrictions, address whitelists and blacklists, and contract calls, and preferably has the ability to analyze smart contracts for security issues and vulnerabilities. Software vendors in the private sector must apply before August 13.
