Uniswap completes US$11 million in Series A financing, led by a16z

Hayden Adams, the founder of the decentralized trading protocol Uniswap, wrote an article announcing that Uniswap has completed a US$11 million Series A financing, led by Silicon Valley venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), USV, Paradigm, Version, Variant, Parafi Capital, SV Angel and A. Capital participated in the investment. Uniswap will use the funds to expand the team to build Uniswap V3. Currently, Uniswap is hiring engineers and community managers, and will release more job recruitment information in the coming months. Chain Wen previously reported that in April last year, Uniswap completed its seed round of financing, with Paradigm leading the investment.
