Baryland-based blockchain company Shyft Network announced that it will build a Polkadot parallel chain based on Parity technology’s underlying network. According to Shyft’s statement, the Shyft chain will enable Polkadot users to bridge identities between other networks, dapps built on other networks, and all Polkadot parallel chains. In other words, Polkadot users will be able to access and interact with DApps built in other ecosystems. Shyft hopes to become the “identity layer” of Parity’s license-free blockchain network. According to Joseph Weinberg, co-founder of Shyft, the company is divided into two parts: one is a digital identity application tool, and the other is between the government, blockchain companies and users Compliance framework.
