This version migrates the functions to the smart contract language Solidity 0.6 and optimizes the access control system. In addition, the crowdfunding feature was removed in version 3.0, but this feature will continue to be supported in version 2.5, and there are many improvements that can be referenced in the change log. OpenZeppelin states that the official version will be released 1 to 2 weeks after the release of all candidate versions.
